When I was a child, I had this amazing Lobster dish in Hong Kong with family and friends.
I faintly recall it being lobster with some cheesy/creamy sauce...and I DO think it was at a chinese restaurant.
Since my days in HK, I've only really had Lobster 1 or 2 ways at Chinese restaurants in the U.S. (ginger and scallions or with yee mein noodles).
Does anyone know of a Lobster dish (or a restaurant that serves something like this) with a cheesy/creamy sauce?
Sorry for the lack of info and horrible description, but I thought if there was one place that someone may know, it would be here on Chowhound!
