I'm hoping to find a kind soul who lives near the Delano or frequents it enough that can help me out here:
Two months ago at the Blue Door, I had what may rank as my all-time favorite restaurant entree ever-- lobster in a rich (curry-like) sauce with caramelized banana. I would love to try to reconstruct this dish at home but can't remember the details about the sauce. Can anyone clue me in? It would be much appreciated.
