About two months ago SNL had a very funny food related skit. Two people walk into a diner. One of the orders the Lobster, which even though it is on the menu you seemingly must not do. What happens next is a musical number that is based of Les Miserables. It was one of the most creative things I've seen on this show in about twenty years. Did anyone else see this?
Also this season they introduced a character played by Heidi Gardner called Angel, Every Girlfriend From Every Boxing Movie Ever Made. She has a great catchphrase, "I'm taking the kids and going to my sisters!" It's not food related but it was also funny.
