Something that I haven't had a lot (if any) of experience cooking is live Maine lobster. Now I'm in a situation where I need to cook 3 or 4 very large (4 to 5 lbs) babies tonight. I've barbecued lobster in the past, but I think these will be too large, and it seems that there has to be a better way than just dunking them in boiling, salted water.
So 'hounds, does anyone have any suggestions? Any tips, ideas, and simple techniques will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
