Can be tricky. Of course there's bbq sans sauce or sides. I would think P 32 at Mam's (just chicken, chile and bamboo) is a good bet. What would you think about bi-bim-bap might be ok, but sometimes those kinds of dishes pack a surprising sum. Any other ideas?
