I will be working on-site San Diego (was supposed tobe Denver, but had a last minute change) for 3 months, while occasionally traveling back to my hometown Chicago.

1. Where can I find a good specialty market/Fish Monger/Butcher?
2. What type of food/dishes/restaurants are the specialty of the San Diego cant be matched anywhere else?
3. Where are the good Filipino restaurants?
