Literary event: Greek food, Wed 2/27 in SF

Windy | Feb 16, 200204:14 PM

I noticed that Richard Sterling, who's written several of the Lonely Planet World Food guides, is talking about Greek food at Get Lost.

If anyone's interested or hungry, perhaps a few chowhounds could grab a bite afterward. Get Lost (a lovely travel bookstore) is at 1825 Market St. east of the Castro, and the reading starts at 7.

I was thinking maybe Pauline's Pizza. Destino is nearby, but that might be a little rich for my budget. Piaf's has become Friendly restaurant, which I think is Mediterranean. Or maybe we should just go to Trader Joe's and throw a tailgate party in the parking lot...

E-mail me or post if you plan to come or have any ideas about nearby dining.
