There was a recent thread on tuna casseroles which had some very good ideas which made me hungry for one, so went to the pantry and found two cans packed in water.
Thinking I need to drain them, how much liquid will I need? Planning to saute celery, onions, and mushrooms. Was thinking to make a white sauce but I don't know how much.
I am planning to add noodles and green peas. I have probably never made a tuna casserole in my long life, so thanks for helping me!! (I never wanted to until reading that thread!)
