We had a fantastic meal at Liquid Assets in downtown Ashland this past Mon. night before checking into our Bed and Breakfast Inn, Country Willows. There were musicians playing when we arrived, the Warm Goat Cheese salad did not disppoint and the Duck Entree with Sweet Potatoes was warm and wonderful. We enjoyed a flight of red wine with dinner, service was very friendly and was one of the only places open late in Ashland in a Mon. evening.
The next evening after wine tasting at Willamette Valley Vineyards out on the terrace, we went to Le Pigeon, this was our second meal here. We dined at the bar and enjoyed watcing the chefs cook. The Raddichio Salad with Grapefruit and Feta Cheese was delicious, as was the Beef Bourginon and the Foie Gras Profiteroles. Now we are on the Oregon Coast, in Seaside, looking forward to some fresh seafood and clam chowder! :)
