Over on the Weekly Menu Planning discussion we noticed many of us have items purchased a year ago, at the start of the pandemic, that are lingering in freezer or pantry. It's an ongoing situation in my kitchen (not really new), but has been increased more than a bit by stresses and odd shortages this past year.
So.. whether you want suggestions on how to use it up, or simply offer a disclosure to laugh a bit with you at your accumulation, chime in here.
