Went to the North End on Saturday night and ended up at Limoncello because it was the first restaurant we passed that had an open table...I think we should have kept walking perhaps to Carmen next door. For appetizer we tried the Buffalo Mozzarella on tomato slices with basil, it was fairly average and non descript. For entrees we tried the Linguini in white clam sauce and the Chicken Marsala. Like the appetizer, both were very average. I prefer my linguini with clam sauce very heavy on the garlic which I had asked for but the flavor was not heavily garlic and fairly plain. As for the Chicken Marsala, the marsala wine sauce was not as sweet and buttery as I like. Will not be going back any time soon.
