Lilly's in Venice was v. good

SpongeBobSquarePegs | May 25, 2004 09:48 AM

My first time there was nice. They didn't have the reservation I had made but they were able to seat us on the patio because it wasn't too crowded.

I had lobster bisque that was rich and tasty and duck that was perfectly cooked. My dining companions very much enjoyed what they had as well. No time for dessert because of needed to get someone to the airport.

I was concerned about snooty service but they were very friendly although a bit slow. Many things on the menu I wanted to try so we will definately be back. The prices were reasonable.

Valet parking. Lilly's is at 1031 Abbot Kinney.
