"Lighter" Thanksgiving sides

labs | Nov 17, 201108:48 PM     27

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for terrific tasting recipes of traditional style Thanksgiving side dishes
that are more on the healthy side. I will be having a couple of guests that have health issues
so I want to try to have a couple of healthy options in addition to the traditional turkey, gravy,
mashed potatoes, etc.

I'm not looking for the vegan meat substitute, but rather dishes that
resemble a green bean casserole, for example, that is healthier than the traditional green bean casserole, or other side dishes.

My experiences have only been with healthier recipes that have no flavor. I am looking for
knock out dishes that are healthy. Is there such thing???

Thanks in advance.
