A lighter itinerary

The last reservation is in place for our upcoming visit. The restaurants we have targeted are small, chef-centered, modern French, offering tasting menus and interesting wine pairings. Most are old favorites, several are new.

Starting with our arrival:
Roseval
Le Galopin
Bones
Table d'Eugene
Clover

Then a sidetrip to the Luberon and Camargue, followed by:
Heimut
Bones Bar
Prosper et Fortunée

These are not everyday names on Chow, and they will not satisfy anyone looking for hearty bistro classics and man-size portions of protein. But they might be of interest to those who are looking for lighter fare and young atmosphere.

We'll try to report back, especially on those without much coverage on Chow so far, and on the few wild card spots we have left open.
