Liberty Village - Dominion prepared food counter. Gross!

deelicious | May 19, 2008 06:31 PM

I have written to Dominion twice (with photos included) to complain about the nasty over-cooked food at Liberty Village. There has been no change and no response. I wish they would lease out that space and serve edible food. Sometimes the ribs are black - so gross! The chickens sit all day steaming on the hot table because they are too lazy to make fewer in the morning and fresh ones later in the day. Truth is I bought one of their chickens many months ago and it barely had any seasoning on it so even when fresh it is crap.

The reason it bugs me so much is because there is huge lack of choices for prepared food in the area. I end up buying something to cook or running over to Island Foods for a fat laden but tasty feast.

I know I can order ahead and pick up from a favorite restaurant, but sometimes I just want to quickly grab something after the gym etc. Are there any other options? Atellier Thuet is good but I am wondering about a broader selection.

Thanks!!
