LI Italian

Lamenting the loss of my beloved Villa Doria in Bellmore, I tried the immediate successor,"Carpacios" and nearly turned the table over the heads of the new proprietors. It has since changed hands again and the looks are that it may be good enough to try, by the amount of cars in the lot. I believe it's called Michael's on the Water. Has anyone tried this?

I have been to Nick DeAngelo's Sunrise Highway, Merrick. I have been to the pizzeria Paradiso in Rockville Centre.
I haven't been to a nice Italian place like the Villa Doria since it closed. I used to work there many years ago. After Sal sold it to Bill. Bill owned it for 15 yrs. The only thing I ever ate at the Villa Doria that I did not like was the breadsticks, I'm not a fan. I need to find a new Italian place to call my own, agian. Anything short of opening my own "Villa Doria",lol.
