A beautiful room with just KILLER beef. I mean GORGEOUS steaks and all the steak house sides (home fries, creamed spinach etc..) done right.
The CAESAR SALAD with the dressing made FROM SCRATCH AT YOUR TABLE, is a real treat from start to finish.
Summer is a good time to go to any of the better restaurants in the desert, since getting a table an be tough during the season (Nov. - May)
My personal Favorite steakhouse in the desert.
I have never been a big fan of Mortons (Service is amateurish & snooty & their beef is just ok)
I'd give an honorable mention to SULLIVANS too. The steaks are okay not world class but high marks for scene, the palce is always buzzing and I do love their BLEU CHEESE ICEBERG LETTUCE WEDGE. Oh man...
