Would Appreciate Lexington, KY Recommendations

Hello Fellow Hounds……
I’m doing a quick road trip from Atlanta through Kentucky for the St James Art Show in Louisville, The Bourbon Trail and two days in Lexington doing horsey things before heading back.
I’ve got my Louisville itinerary set. Decca on Friday night, Harvest on Saturday night and Milkwood on Sunday. I did have a reservation at Proof on Main till I read on Eater that the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine both left recently. My son is a chef at Husk in Charleston, so we are going to stop at Husk in Nashville on the way home for lunch, but I have no idea where to eat two evening meals in Lexington. A client recommended Portofino, Bellini’s or Dudley’s on Short, and even though they all look good, I was hoping to find something a little more interresting and progressive.

Any Suggestions??
