This is a no brainer, but want to share. I rarely eat sweets, but when I do it is lemon ricotta cheesecake, lemon meringue pie, sour lemon drops. Lemonade (with vodka.) You get the picture. Well, I was making my giant salad (iceberg, tomato, chives) and was short on vinegar which I adore. I have made vinaigrettes before with bottled lemon juice; hated them. But I grabbed a fresh one and squeezed it over my salad before tossing with the vinegar, little oil, generous freshly ground black pepper and my No Salt Salt.. WONDERFUL!!!
