so I made the lemon curd cake that they were touting on that site. It tastes great, similar to a lemon square but in cake form. Sort of a lemon pudding cake. But the cake really fell. A lot. The whole center caved in.
So my question is, has anyone else tried this recipe and did they have the same experience?
The toothpick came out dry so I don't think I underbaked it, but I guess that's the most likely story if it is not supposed to fall.
