Leg of Lamb... Whats the best way?

Help! I need some great ideas for a leg of lamb. I know garlic and oregano. I know 350 degrees to an internal temp of about 175. What I am looking for is a new concept.
I remember a mustard coating but cant find any recipies for anything like that.
Can anyone help???
