So I opened a bottle of Sweet B*tch Merlot. They weren't lying when they said it was sweet, but it's definitely drinkable. However, since I am not a fan of drinking sweet wines I am wondering what I can do with the rest of the bottle. Normally, if I have any leftover wine I freeze it down and save it for sauces. But I am not sure what to do with such a sweet flavor (it's almost like a moscato sweetness). Any ideas from the Chowhounders would be greatfully appreciated... I hate to see wine go to waste!
