Couldn't resist all the special appetizers last night (fresh oysters, fried oysters, gyoza, etc,). Now stuck with most of the main course (tuna, fluke, salmon sushi...tuna maki, etc.)
Shame to waste it...any ideas?
Once tried to tempura leftovers, but the result was fairly greasy, and although the rice base heated through and wasn't hard anymore, the fish was way overcooked.
Have zapped vegetable sushi rolls with some sucess, but never raw fish-a possible option?
