Leftover spinach "cream" sauce

GeorgiaMom | Jul 26, 201606:56 AM     5

Last night I wasn't home & my husband cooked chicken ravioli for himself & our boys. He also made a "spinach cream sauce" that had: butter, 2% milk, garlic, spinach. Needless to say it didn't thicken. There is probably 5-6 cups of it leftover. I can thicken it up no problem. My question is, what to do with it then, given that they had pasta last night and it's going to be hot hot hot here in Georgia today. A casserole just sounds too hot & who even wants to turn on the oven! Thanks all!
