Leftover roast beef

We had a whole strip loin for Xmas, and after days of eating leftovers, I carefully wrapped and froze about a three # hunk. Now I'm wondering what to do with it. I'm not sure it would taste as good thawed and reheated as it did originally. Beef stew? Beef burgundy? Any ideas? TIA
