I have a nearly-full tub of creme fraiche in my fridge, and I'm seeking suggestions for how to use it up. I used about two tablespoons for an oven-roasted tomato tart tonight, and now I'd like to use the remaining creme fraiche for a dessert...maybe a cake, pudding cake, or clafoutis? Can anyone offer suggestions? I'm at a loss for recipes. Help! And thank you!
