I'm so embarrassed! I forgot to serve the cranberry sauce last night!!!
Funny things is nobody missed it, nobody thought to say "gee, no cranberry sauce?" only to prove what I had told my husband a while back, that MY family are not cranberry eaters (it was only may immediate family at the meal).
Anyway, I now have a huge bowl full of my personally homemade vanilla-scented cranberry orange sauce. We love it, but we are just the two of us at home and will certainly not be able to eat that up - ever, nor should we with all the sugar in it LOL.
So, I was wondering if this would freeze well. Any ideas?
