Use leftover Brunet cheese?

From our holiday cheeseboard I have 4 oz. of a potent Italian goat cheese - Brunet. Would love to incorporate it into a dish with the right ingredients to stand up to, offset or enhance its advanced state of ripeness. It has a fabulous mousse-like texture that would be nice to retain. Your brilliant suggestions?
