Leftover Bow-tie/Farfalle pasta

Bada Bing | Jul 19, 201504:12 PM     20

I only used about half of my cooked box of Farfalle for tonight's recipe and wonder about ideas about where and how to use the rest another day. I did put a light coating of olive on it to minimize it going into a big clump. (1/2lb/500 grams when in original dried state.)

My most frequent use for day-old pasta is to make a frittata.

But for variety's sake I'm game to explore. Could go into a soup. Be gently microwaved and stirred into a red sauce. Maybe a cold summer salad? Any other ideas that will steer clear of over(re)cooking??
