Lebneh and quark

I just acquired a tub of lovely fresh lebneh from a Middle Eastern market. Also, as chance would have it, there is a tub of quark in the refrigerator that I picked up on a recent visit to Whole Foods. (Well, I do love creamy foods.) So now what should I do with them?
