leaving tomorrow, Providence for 5 days-recs

Kim | Nov 2, 200408:53 AM     6

Hello
I've never been to Prov. and am leaving tomorrow and will be there for 5 days at the convention center (considered downtown?), staying in Cranston (how is Cranston BTW?).

So far I've got lots of recs from searching. What I don't have is any "cheap eats" places. Any ideas there? Anything in walking distance of the Convention Center? Also we are Am/Sicilian and obviously love the food of our peeps, so any elaboration would be greatly appreciated. Below is a list (yes, a bit of a foodie), is there anything I missed or that you could ad or someplace metioned that's a NO?

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A PLAN?:
dining---------
Gracies, New River, Cafe Nuovo, Mills Tavern, Ten Prime Steak and Sushi, Neath's, Union Station Brewery

italian-------------
Angelos, Bob & Timmys' Grilled Pizzas,Caserta, Sicilia's Pizza, Viola's, Meditteraneo, Bella Vista

cheap eats??

dessert---------
Pastiche

Thanks for any idea on short notice!

Kim
