Leaving NY (v. sad) - what do I HAVE to eat before I go?

I'm moving to Philadelphia in the early fall. Definitely not the worst place, food-wise, to move, but I know I'm going to miss the city pretty desperately (and will probably ease the pain by lurking around chowhound, posting increasingly outdated opinions about NY restaurants).

Here are some of my favorite places in the outer boroughs (mostly Brooklyn) that I've already been to. PLEASE tell me about your absolute favorites - the places you'd pine for the most if YOU had to move - that I've missed...

al di la
Blue Ribbon and BR Sushi
Bagel Spot
Taro Sushi
Pete's Waterfront
Jacques Torres
all the 5th ave Frenchies (Belleville, etc. - not actually among my favorites, but point is I've been there)
F----y's, and that other banned-from-c'hound Ft.Greene place that's the French word for "here"
Sparky's American (Wmsburg)
Diner (Wmsburg)
Thomas Beisl
Cafe Banania (only been for brunch)

This move also involves a paycut (my partner's going to school) so please tell me your street food favorites as well as your fancy ones.

And if anybody knows any great places in Philly...

Thanks, guys.
