Leach or Fleming dessert books: amy impressions?

As an avid collector of pastry books, I have to
ask: has anyone here bought either Richard Leach's
"Sweet Seasons" or Claudia Fleming's "The Last
Course?" Care to share your impressions? Are
either of these required reading?

Thanks from a Michigander who's not had the priv-
ilege of eating a Leach or Fleming dessert.
