I am addicted to Le Pain Quotidien's perfectly crisp-on-the-outside, buttery-and-moist-on-the-inside coconut macaroons. Does anyone happen to know their recipe?? I know this is a bit of a stretch, but I thought maybe they had a cookbook. Thank you!!
