Everything I read about this restaurant sounds fabulous and romantic. Most posts mention lunch. Is there a reason for this? Is it so much more expensive at dinner that lunch makes more sense? Trying to find one wonderful romantic blow-out dinner to end our trip. Husbands loves excellent semi-traditional (? - how do I describe - traditional with twists?) French cuisine, as opposed to 100% edgy (ie. l'Astrance or El Bulli in Barcelona just wouldn't be appreciated by him, so I'll wait til I'm there with mom or a chowish girlfriend.)
Also, still waiting to hear any input on the Park in the new Park Hyatt - is being written up in magazines, but I want Chow input - much more trustworthy! Any brasserie suggestions in the 1er for our first night when we get in late? I know it's hard to avoid super-touisty in this area, but any hidden treasures?
