i heard this place isn't around anymore, but does anyone know if the chef is still cooking somewhere around too. supposedly it's supposed to great french food in the vein of paul bocuse w/ rich and buttery heavy sauces the nontheless still very, very delicious (unlike nouvelle cuisine). Chef's name is Lap Trung Huynh, he's a vietnamese chef trained in french, michelin-starred kitchens. the former location was on macarthur blvd. in irvine.
