Parnassien, thanks so much for the Le Galoubet recommendation. We had an excellent dinner there tonight, probably one of our favorite meals of our trip. Started with a salmon entree and then a sea bream with asparagus and tiny clams in a sauce I could have lifted my plate and licked up. Excellent mashed potatoes and a rich but light chocolate cake with cherry sorbet. Everyone loved their dishes. We had a great morning at the Arles market, what a perfect little town. Off to Barcelona next!
I posted this a couple of days ago and thought it would bring the comment up to top of page, but sadly it did not. I wanted to give Parnassien props for the great suggestion. Really enjoyed Arles. Now in food heaven in Barcelona (and Gaudi architecture heaven).
