Le Creuset's New Satin Finish Saute Pans

robotcoupe | Oct 25, 200610:48 PM     9

I've always loved every piece of LC I've ever tried so figured I couldn't go wrong with this new line. Wrong! Sticking, poor browning, forget about saucemaking, but most of all, anything I cook leaves a nasty stick residue that I cannot, for the life of me, remove. I'm not cooking high fat foods, chicken, a piece of fish...No amount of soaking and scrubbing will do it. I talked to LC and they were great -- I can return it for a credit, for more than I bought it for, and they'll pay shipping both ways, but I'd really rather just keep the pan if it can be cleaned. Anyone out there found the solution? Thanks.
