I am considering a new pot/Dutch oven for braising/stews, etc. to repalce my 35- year-old Magnalite. Lately I have seen lots of editorial coverage of Staub (company must be gifting the food editors and tv cooks). Their stuff looks very handsome and the colors are pretty... they tout the bubbles under the top lid for aiding condensation, etc etc. But does Staub make a product that is the same as/ better than Le Creuset??? How do the two compare pricewise? Has anyone used Staub pots? Opinions?? Places to buy at a good price??
