I'm addicted to cookware and have been thinking of getting a 3 or 4 quart saute pan (which I really don't need). Most of my cookware is either All-Clad stainless or Le Creuset enamled. My local store carries top of the line cookware (Staub, Le Creuset, Viking) and was wondering if anybody has any of the newer Le Creuset stainless pieces. I'm willing to try either of these lines as they are the stainless pieces the store carries.
How does it compare with All-Clad? The same performance and dependibility?
