I bought a new Le Creuset black signature skillet and after 2 uses it has developed this brown stain on top and the bottom looks chipped. I don't have much experience so could someone please let me know if this is normal or if my skillet is damaged?
I didn't use high heat to cook, the highest I used was 7/10 but when I say that it started burning the food I turned it down to 4/10
The second time I cooked I added the oil after the skillet heated up which I learned now is a mistake
