Pretty much as the title states. I am hosting a dinner party tomorrow night and plan on making a Persian chicken walnut pomegranate stew. Typically, the gas to my building has been shut off for the next few weeks and i have been given a Cast-Iron Double Burner (Waring brand). It has numbered nobs and you plug it in to an outlet.
How good is the temperature control on this oven? I have yet to use one and am anxious my Chicken Stew wont cook properly! Any tips/experience?
