I am thinking of ordering a creuset round french oven. The problem is that Caplan-Duval only has the 4.5 qt. ones on super sale -- does anyone find that there is a huge difference between the two? I'm thinking I should probably just wait and see if the 5.5 qt. goes on sale, but thought I'd see if anyone had any thoughts (since I'm anxious to buy one now!). My main purposes for it would be soups and stews (braising of some cut up meat). There are only 2 people in my family, but I want to be able to comfortably make a regular recipe without worrying if it's going to fit in the 4.5 qt. all the time.
