I was persuaded to try Le Bon because of what was reported here and the fact that it is run by the Tiramisu/Spris people. I live in the neighborhood and love Tiramisus dishes. They cook like I do. Italian = Simple and brilliant. I have been in total bliss for two days sampling the delights at La Bon. They have mussels 12 ways. Ive had them gratin, simmered and steamed, had a beet salad that was heavenly and the beer is wow! The last time I was this excited about a new restaurant on The Road was when Alta Mar opened.
