I was really looking forward to an excellent gourmet meal when I went here a few weeks ago and was sorely disappointed! The chef is supposedly a Johnson and Wales graduate but the food was over cooked and bland. I had a mussels appetizer and the mussels were the tiniest I'd ever seen and were so overcooked they'd shriveled up to about the size of my baby fingernail.
I had a seafood paella which I was looking forward to since I've had some delectable paella at a restaurant in RI on the coast in Narragansett, called SPAIN but this paella couldn't hold a candle to it. The seafood again was all over cooked and very tough; the rice was gelatinous and I couldn't taste any saffron flavor and the portion was extremely small and the meal was overpriced.
Otherwise the service was great, the atmosphere except the for acoustics was nice. the music was weird and it was odd to see some people at tables near us glued to their iPhones rather than talking with each other.
