From France. OMG, this stuff is amazing! If I don't eat it all a dab at a time the first thing I plan to make is Alice Medrich's Honey Panna Cotta from Pure Dessert. I'd like to hold off until my lavender plants bloom so I can garnish each portion with a sprig of lavender. Now i just need some other ideas to show case it. The flavor is very subtle and delicate but oh so swoonable.
