Visited this new Malaysian/ Thai restaurant on 15 E 17th St, and am happy that I don't have to go to Chinatown for my Malaysian fix anymore. The space is nice and service much better than ctown, but at a 20-30% markup to ctown prices. This place focuses more on noodle and rice dishes with just a smattering of entrees, but includes one that looks curiously like chili crab (aromatic crab on the menu). I don't understand the addition of Thai dishes, just like the many Chinese+Thai+Japanese places in the city. I ordered the pearl noodles, which was a misnomer and ended up being pad woon sen, but the noodles were packed full of ingredients, not too greasy and quite tasty. Would go back to try out a few other dishes.
