looking for Latin American ingredients/markets/sources

latinlover | Jun 2, 200306:08 PM     4

I am working on a guide to purchasing Latin American ingredients in all regions of the USA -- local markets, butchers, mail order sources, websites, etc.

Do you have a favorite market with a good selection? A specialty market that carries items from just on country? Know of any markets that will ship by mail?

I would really appreciate your suggestions. the more information you can share, the better.

I will need to find ingredients from: Puerto Rico, Cuba, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Equador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatamala, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, and Spain.

Thank you so very much.
Cheers
