Latest on Himalayan food in/near Jackson Heights?

JH Jill | Feb 6, 201009:01 AM     16

I have had limited experience lately with the Himalayan food offerings around 74th Street and Roosevelt in the last year, and I have some friends who would like to try it tomorrow. I tried the place on Roosevelt between 74-75th across from train station last spring and found the people to be friendly and Tibetan. The food was nice but didn't blow me away. I tried the old Tibetan Yak and wasn't impressed, but I haven't tried Himalayan Yak.

We are looking for a place for a lunch get together, but it doesn't need to be fancy. All we want is to be able to sit down and talk over some tasty food. Thanks in advance.
