Went for a late night snack with a few friends in the city. In terms of cleaniness, its not very hygenic, tables smelled like the wiping cloth's had not been washed in a while. But you can't expect much for the great prices, had "Yee fun" (a type of drier thin noodle) with mushrooms and dried scallop, ,you must remember to ask them to make it "drier" otherwise it comes out as a wet slop, this time the noodles came out perfect a asian "al dante", but they were stingy on the dried scallop and enoki mushrooms. I would recommend the whole lobster "yee fun" instead it seems to be a better deal.
Standard pork and thousand year old egg congee. It was fair, not outstanding, the congee wasn't "mean, which in cantonese means smooth, correct me if I am wrong, you could still see the individual rice bits.
Overall a good hole in the wall if your looking for late night dining, but during regular business hours I might choose somewhere a little more clean(since I'm a little picky that way). But I can't emphasize enough the great deal this place is, 6.95 for a whole cooked crab.... Can't beat that.
Oh rememeber to ask for the complimentry daily soup!
